1. Scope of Services

Angel Wings™ Luxury Healthcare™ provides non-medical concierge, postpartum, and companion care, along with premium wellness support. Services are delivered through qualified independent contractors under client agreements.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings require a 50 % deposit to reserve. Balances are due upon service completion unless otherwise specified. Deposits are refundable with 48-hour notice; cancellations under 24 hours incur a $95 fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, safe home environments, and respect for staff and contractors during service hours.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We comply with HIPAA standards and never share or sell personal data.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds follow the same policies listed in your Client Service Agreement. Angel Wings™ may modify or cancel appointments due to emergencies, safety concerns, or severe weather, with full or partial refunds provided accordingly.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Angel Wings™ Luxury Healthcare™ and its contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on this website are owned by Angel Wings™ Luxury Healthcare™ and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
