Service Description
A licensed nurse provides structured post-discharge support, including medication reconciliation, discharge instruction review, home safety setup, symptom monitoring, and coordination with the client’s medical team. Designed to reduce readmission risk and support recovery stability.

Angel Wings™ Luxury Healthcare™ provides non-medical luxury support including: • Postpartum care & newborn support • Birth Doula care (if applicable) • Quiet sitter & hospital recovery sitting • Dementia & memory care companionship • Autism-friendly routine support • Respite care for caregivers • Hospice family comfort sitting • After-surgery home recovery support • Homemaking, meal prep & hydration reminders No medical procedures are performed unless an actively licensed clinician is assigned.
